Lease terms

Minimum lease term: One Year. Pricing and terms will vary based on lease term. Below are some lease terms and restrictions but are not all inclusive (refer to lease during application process for all terms associated with this property): - No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances on premises. - Pet Fee (Refundable): Small Dog, limit 2 (under 20 lbs). Dog breeds must be Light-Shedding and Hypoallergenic. Proof of Rabies vaccination, pet profile completion and photo of dog required. - Landlord is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to tenant's (or tentant's guests) personal property. - Only two (2) vehicles allowed to park on premises (no commercial vehicles, trailers, large vehicles, trucks, or unauthorized car repair). Any driveway damage, soiling will be deducted from security deposit. See statement below: An acknowledgment required by Texas Property Code , Section 92.3515 Notice of Eligibility Requirements, Subsection (b) will be provided at time of application, which will include a statement similar to the following: "Signing this acknowledgment indicates that you have had the opportunity to review the landlord's tenant selection criteria. The tenant selection criteria may include factors such as criminal history, credit history, current income, and rental history. If you do not meet the selection criteria, or if you provide inaccurate or incomplete information, your application may be rejected and your application fee will not be refunded."
