Second floor has 3 bedrooms, bathroom and master bedroom with walk-in closet. Basement has half bath, washer/dryer hook-ups and lots of storage. One car garage included. Cable TV available. Large front and back yard with partial fence and mature landscaping with lots of privacy. Rear exterior patio with brick pavers. Brighton Schools. Minutes to Downtown, U of R and Strong Memorial Hospital. There is a fake Facebook ad for renting this house. I have contacted FB and am getting nowhere fast. Please use common sense. If the rent is half the price of other rents for homes in the area, it is not a good deal, it is a SCAM. My mother or I will always ask you see the home in person and will not ask for money before we have met. Even then, the credit check fee is $20.
