Inside, you will find a fully furnished and equipped condo that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The living area is spacious and cozy, with an expansive sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and natural light that streams in through the sliding glass doors that lead to the expansive patio and outdoor area. The large private patio space is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening while listening to the sound of the ocean (just on the other side of the sand dunes). The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom allows for extra guests with a queen bed & twin bunk beds for the kiddos. Our second bathroom is a full bathroom with a bathtub We continue to make upgrades to enhance your vacation experience: we added a new washer and dryer in the unit (updated April 2021), new patio furniture (updated June 2022), a new refrigerator (December 2022), and bunk beds for the guest bedroom (May 2024). As our guest, you will have access to a variety of amenities, including a heated pool, a sauna, and private beach access for condo owners as well as a community room (which as a ping pong table). Beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach wagon & toys are stocked in our patio closet and ready to take down to the beach to enjoy basking in the sun and enjoying the ocean breeze. This home away from home is ideal for contractors looking for a more comfortable stay than the local hotels, and professionals that can work from anywhere.
