Parking is available in the driveway and under a covered area. Escape the crowds while staying close to everything. This secluded property offers a quiet, scenic setting, yet is a short drive to Texas A&M University (10-13 minutes), dining, and shopping. Lake Walk is just a 1-minute bikeable or walkable distance, and Downtown Bryan is 10 minutes away. Nearby attractions include shopping, dining, live music, farmer's markets, and seasonal events. Smoking is not allowed in or on the properties; evidence of smoking will result in a $400 retention from the deposit for deodorizing. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees in the summer or above 80 degrees when leaving; in the winter, turn it down to 60 degrees when leaving. Overnight visitors other than those on the booking agreement are not permitted; unauthorized guests will incur a $200 fee plus $50 per person. Guests must be 25 years or older to book and sign the digital booking agreement. The property may have one or more actively recording exterior cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas. Parties are prohibited. Pets are not allowed, with the exception of legally documented service animals; pets found on the property without prior agreement will result in a $200 fine and booking termination. No candles may be burned on the property. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods, as only an initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. A $25 charge will apply if trash is not collected, bagged, and placed in the city garbage bin. Flushing anything other than septic-safe toilet paper is prohibited; guests will be charged for plumbing repairs if feminine products or other items clog the system. Events require prior permission and an event fee. Tampering with security cameras will result in charges for damages. Guests shall not disturb neighbors or use the premises for unlawful acts. Helmets must be worn in batting cages, and all equipment must be returned to its original position; damaged or missing equipment will be billed.
