Security deposits are fully refundable at move out if the apartment is left fully cleaned and in good condition. This apartment occupies the entire top floor of a mansion in the best part of Capitol Hill. The most striking feature of this apartment is the large, west facing private rooftop deck, where you can enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather and views of downtown Denver in solitude. The second floor apartment entrance opens onto an entryway with room for shoe and coat storage in front of a large stairway leading to the third floor living area. The stairs exit into a large, open concept living area with hardwood floors and cozy window alcoves that are great for a small dining table, work desk or reading chair. Off of the kitchen is a door exiting to the private rooftop deck, which faces the mountains and downtown Denver. It is an ideal place to relax at the end of a long day of work or recreation. The full kitchen includes a full-sized stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and garbage disposal. The center island has an eating counter, and the cabinets have soft close doors and drawers. All of the large windows are double pane and bring in nice natural light. The bathroom has a clawfoot tub/shower combination, and a large vanity with ample storage. The apartment has central AC and heat and an in-unit washer and dryer. Off street parking is available for an additional fee. The location is the best in Capitol Hill. You can walk to Trader Joe's Safeway, King Soopers, and numerous restaurants, coffee houses, and shops. The Cherry Creek bike path is 4 blocks away, and Cheesman Park is a short walk to the East. 8th Avenue (half a block away) provides rapid access to the freeways to get you to the mountains quickly. Sixth Avenue provides great access to points East. We are a small family company that prides ourselves for our exceptional tenant service. We deal with online maintenance requests quickly and residents also have my direct cell number for emergencies.
