This ground-floor, pet-friendly 2 bedroom, 1.75 bathroom apartment is located across from a park and offers flexible move-in dates (late June July 1). Our application process requires a brief prescreen phone call prior to scheduling a showing or signing a lease, so please call us to get started. Rent includes lawn care, snow removal and water/water softener treatment. Pet fees are additional (see below). The apartment is spacious with approx. 1125 sq. ft., private entry, attached garage, full size laundry, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances including a fridge, smooth top range, microwave, dishwasher, efficient gas furnace/central air, energy efficient and soundproof (interior double wall construction), private patio, lots of storage, well-lit and secure with video surveillance, across from Sycamore Park/dog park, additional parking and much more. This apartment went through an energy audit to maximize energy efficiency which included replacement of light fixtures and bulbs with LEDs, new shower heads/faucet aerators with low-flow capability and a digital setback thermostat. When we turn apartments over they are painted with a locally made zero VOC (volatile organic compounds) paint which has no harmful fumes and the carpets are either replaced or professionally cleaned with a "green" 99% biodegradable cleaning solution and truck extraction. We also use a commercial ozone generator/air purifier that deodorizes and sterilizes the apartment. Ozone is proven to be highly effective in killing bacteria, fungi, molds and inactivating viruses both on surfaces and suspended in the air. It is also proven to be effective for inactivation of the SARS virus and equally effective against Covid-19. This building is professionally managed by Greenleaf Property Management with over 25 years of quality housing and service. We are licensed with the city of Madison and members of the Apartment Association of South Central Wisconsin and National Apartment Association. Our properties are turned over in new-like condition and we provide excellent 24-hour service.
