We are renting either fully furnished or completely empty of furniture / furnishings. Fully furnished rental amount - $1,650 per month. Furniture includes one queen bed in each bedroom; a sectional sofa and smartTV in the living room; and a dining table with chairs for 6. As well as a fully stocked kitchen. Non furnished rental amount - $1,500 per month Rental includes all seasonal lawn care and snow removal. Tenant is responsible for all utilities gas, electric, and water/sewer. Internet is already active and will be split between both tenants of the duplex. Your internet fee is $40/month. First month's rent, last month's rent, security deposit, and cleaning fee are due before move-in ($5,200 total if furnished / $4,750 if non-furnished). Application and credit check with references are required. NO PETS ALLOWED of any kind.
