Situated in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk, the Showboat building places you at the heart of Atlantic City's major attractions. The Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk are just downstairs, as is the new 85,000 sqft Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar, offering arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, the Atlantic City Aquarium, and the Marine Mammal Stranding Center.
Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are permitted without permission. A maximum of two dogs are allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and breeds like Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs are not permitted. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length will be collected separately. A pet fee may also be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. A rental usage agreement must be signed, and guests agree to provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. A noise policy is in effect, with quiet hours observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Decibel sensors monitor for compliance. Long-term stays (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A $150 security hold on a credit card for incidentals will be released 3-5 days post check-out, or guests may opt for a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees.
