This 600 sqft studio condo is suitable for four travelers, whether for leisure or business. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and plenty of beds for a comfortable stay. Enjoy direct beachfront and boardwalk access, a unique offering in Atlantic City. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for a fee of $2 per load via an app. Complimentary coffee and fitness center access are provided. One complimentary parking space per reservation is included. The Showboat building boasts an excellent location directly on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk itself are just downstairs. The new 85,000 sqft Lucky Snake arcade, featuring arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing, is also located within the building. Nearby walkable attractions include the Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Taxis and rideshare cars are readily available at all hours. This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $75/hr late fee for check-out after 11 AM. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance, meaning police will be called for violations. No outside guests are permitted without permission. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, with restrictions on certain breeds. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length will be collected separately. Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. A rental usage agreement must be signed, and a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card may be required prior to check-in. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. Guests must not disturb neighbors and must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM daily. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A $150 security hold on a credit card is required for incidentals, which is released 3-5 days post check-out, or guests may opt for a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
