This is a 6 or 12 month lease, with the option to renew. Utilities (gas, electricity, internet) are currently split among three tenants and typically range from $80 $100 per person depending on usage. Beginning in July, a fourth tenant will move into an existing room, and utilities will then be split among four, reducing the monthly cost per person.
