SHARING THE SPACE RULES: 1. The Kitchen Clean-as-You-Go: All dishes, pots, and pans must be washed, dried, and put away (or placed in the dishwasher) immediately after use. No dishes left in the sink overnight. Countertops: Surfaces must be wiped down after cooking to prevent stains or pests. Fridge/Pantry: You will have the top two shelves in the fridge and designated cabinet. Please do not use any food or condiments that aren't yours without asking. Appliances: Please ensure they are unplugged/turned off after use. 2. Laundry Room Schedule: Tenant may regularly use the washer/dryer on agreed upon day of the week. Clearance: Do not leave clothes in the machines overnight. Remove lint from the dryer trap after every load (essential for fire safety). Detergent: Tenant provides their own high-efficiency (HE) detergent and supplies. 3. Guests & Social Life Day Guests: Up to 2 guests at a time are welcome between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Overnight Guests: Allowed up to 2 nights per month. Will need to provide 24 hours' notice via text before a guest stays over. Parties: No large gatherings or parties are permitted without prior written consent. 4. Quiet Hours & Privacy Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Please use headphones for loud music or TV during these times. Privacy: We will always knock before entering your room. Please use same courtesy for private areas (e.g., other bedrooms). 5. Skye Canyon Specifics (HOA Compliance) Parking: Per HOA rules, do not park on the street overnight. Please use the [assigned driveway spot / garage spot]. Trash: Trash day is Wednesday. Tenant is responsible for taking out their own room's trash and occasionally assisting with the main bins. Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free home. Smoking on the patio is Not Permitted.
