Tucked away in a secluded, wooded area, Tanglewood Cabin offers exclusive privacy and direct access to Beaver Lake via a staircase/path leading to the water. It's located 2.9 miles from Rocky Branch Marina and 15 miles from Downtown Rogers, where you can explore shops, eateries, and parks.
Access to the home is down a sloped gravel driveway, and a 4WD vehicle is suggested. The Wi-Fi speed is generally slow and the connection is intermittent. County-wide burn bans may be in effect, which could limit use of the fire pit. Guests at Beaver Lake properties are not allowed dock access, as this is enforced by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host's control, which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and event fee has been paid; an un-approved party or event will result in a $1000 fine. This property is not pet-friendly; pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home; smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Boat parking isn't allowed at this property due to Beaver Lake rules. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
