The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom features two twin bunk beds. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
Guests have access to the entire house, all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. Starter amenities are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room. A 4WD vehicle is suggested for accessing the property via a sloped gravel driveway.
This secluded, wooded home offers exclusive privacy and direct access to Beaver Lake via a staircase/path. It's located 2.9 miles from Rocky Branch Marina and 15 miles from Downtown Rogers, where you can explore shops, eateries, and parks.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking home; smoking inside will incur a $1000 fine plus remediation costs. Parties and events are not allowed unless pre-arranged and an event fee is paid; unapproved events will result in a $1000 fine. Pets are not allowed; pets discovered at the property will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. Boat parking is not allowed at this property due to Beaver Lake rules; guests can park along the shoreline, but dock access is prohibited. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
