A strict non-smoking policy is enforced both inside and outside the home, with a minimum charge of $250 for odor remediation if violated. Events or parties are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation and an order to vacate the premises. Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID for documentation purposes prior to check-in. Trash cans must have their lids closed at all times; excess trash will need to be taken with guests, or an extra charge of $75 will apply for removal. Guests are reminded that the homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during their stay, nor for any loss of personal belongings or valuables. Damages such as stained towels, linens, or furniture may incur charges for repairs or replacements. Feminine products should not be flushed down the toilet, as plumbing issues arising from flushing prohibited items may result in repair charges. Guests are asked to leave the house in a clean and tidy state, including placing all trash in the trash cans, removing perishables from the refrigerator, placing dirty dinnerware in the dishwasher and turning it on, and putting used towels in the linen baskets or laundry room. An additional fee of $19 per night per guest is charged after the 6th guest, and no more than 6 guests are allowed in the house at any time in compliance with the party ban.
