There are two, separate private rooms (one is larger), and one bathroom. The total rent is $1,700 per month. I'd ideally be able to sign at least a year long lease. The starting point for the security deposit is $2,000. A 35 dollar application fee is required for proper background and credit checks. This fee is not refundable. Pets are an additional $500 deposit per pet (prefer just one, but depending on size, multiple can be accepted), and I must meet the pet(s).
