Garden level unit that was completely remodeled three years ago is located in a quiet neighborhood, but still within a 10 minute drive of Capital Hill and Downtown Denver. Trader Joe's and Snooze, as well as many other restaurants are within walking distance.
The kitchen has relatively new stainless steel appliances (three years old) and granite slab counter. The bathroom has also been redone. Free washer/dryer comes with the unit. Parking is on the street, but there are always nearby spots available.
There are two, separate private rooms (one is larger), and one shared bathroom. The total rent is $1,350 per month, to be shared by the tenant(s). I'd ideally be able to sign at least a year long lease. A security deposit of $2,000 is due at the lease signing. A 35 dollar application fee is required for proper background and credit checks. This fee is not refundable. Pets are an additional 50/month per pet, and I must meet the pet.
The unit is currently available and open. Please write an email if interested in a showing.
