rent does not include utilities which are split with other tenants and generally run $200-300 a month per person. utilities include Internet, electric, water/sewer and cleaning once a month in the common areas (bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry room, sun room). I currently have one other tenant so you would share a bathroom. You must be respectful and be willing to keep the common areas clean. I have a no smoking, no shoes and no drugs policy in the house. You have full access to the living room, laundry room, and the kitchen has all appliances you would need. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room for everyone to use. The back yard is completely fenced in.
