Parking is also included in the rent (home has one designated parking spot directly outside the front door). Nonsmoking property. 30-day minimum stay. Up to 2-small dogs (up to 40lbs each) allowed. $100 nonrefundable pet fee applies. Home is equipped with Ring technology, which tenant may access for the duration of their stay. Credit, income and background check required. I will accept a tenant screening report less than 30 days old if it meets all other screening criteria. Picture ID required (at time of lease signing).
