We're looking for a third roommate to fill a bedroom with a private bathroom in our shared spacious house in the Upper Avenues, available starting in… August. Rent is $1,200/month and includes garage parking. The house also has on-site laundry, a large backyard, and a front porch with great views of the Salt Lake Valley and Wasatch Mountains.
The house is in a great location with easy access to downtown, the University of Utah, hospitals, groceries, and Salt Lake's foothill trail system, including hiking, running, and mountain biking around Terrace Hills and the Bonneville Shoreline Trail.

11th Avenue Park: ~1 minute walk; tennis and pickleball courts, basketball, fields, walking/running paths, and great valley views

A little about us: I'm 30 and a fourth-year PhD student in cognitive neuroscience at the U, and my roommate is 29 and works at Goldman Sachs. We're ideally looking for another graduate student or working professional, but mostly just looking for someone who fits in well with the household.
