We are renting out our house on 8429 37 Ave S. This house has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a large back yard with a pergola and fire pit.… 1,730 square feet with a lot of natural sunlight. Beautiful wood floors. Updated full size washer, dryer and dishwasher in the house. Open kitchen, with a lot of storage, small storage shed in the backyard. Filtered water connected to the fridge.
The house comes with private parking in front and a two-car garage. Very family friendly pocket of the neighborhood. No lawn in front to take care of, concrete patio in the back. Also includes one garden and a few garden beds in the front.
New fence in front of the house and on both sides of the house. Great space behind the house for children to play and a sliding door to get to the back yard.
2026 upgrades- fence added to backyard. Retiled bathroom.
Just a two-block walk from the remodeled Wing Luke Elementary School. Two minutes away from Safeway. We live a few blocks from Benefit Playground. Pritchard Beach is 5 minutes away. Close to I-5 and Rainier Beach light rail station. Beacon Ave is one block to the west. The bus is just a couple blocks away.
