Welcome to 8424 Grove Rd. One year lease (August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027). New tenants could potentially move in a few weeks earlier. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and lawn service. The Owner can provide a lawnmower, string trimmer and blower that stays with the property. The trash is paid by owner. Pets are negotiable. No smoking. No need to complete the Zillow application. We have our own application process. Applicants have a choice of an electronic application on the website Rent Spree, which costs $39 per adult. I also have a free application that is a word document and you generate your own credit report without a fee.

My name is Adam and I am the owner. This rental was previously our primary home.… You will be communicating with a real person that cares about the house and the tenants. No professional management company is involved that focuses on profits.
Available August 1, 2026 and could be available a few weeks earlier. Large 3 bed/2 bath/2 car garage with a bonus room. Close to FGCU, I-75, Highway 41 and Gulf Coast Town Center. City water (no well water). Tenants are responsible for utilities (electricity, water and internet). The owner pays for trash service.
A high efficiency Air Conditioning system (16 SEER) was installed in 2014 and block construction and tile flooring keeps the cold air insulated within the house. The water bills are low because the house is on a septic system (not city sewer). Laundry room is located within the house and not in the garage. New septic system installed in April 2021 and new roof in April 2023.
The tenants are responsible for mowing the lawn. The owner can provide a battery operated lawn mower, string trimmer and blower at no extra charge to stay with the property.
