Quick freeway access to reach SLC Airport, local ski resorts, etc. Two bedrooms with storage closets. Spacious central living/dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with quartz tops, large double basin sink, stainless dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, and microwave. Separate laundry room with washer/dryer and storage space. Brightly lit, modern bathroom. Tile floors and with walk-in shower with a rain shower head. Landscaped backyard space shared with other tenants on property. Large patio and yard to have friends over or eat a meal outside. Current tenants are kind, respectful, outdoorsy working adults. Property sits on 1/4 acre with a large newly landscaped backyard. In the summers, the yard feels like an oasis tucked away in the city, with lots of greenery and our two cats and three chickens roaming around. Being a dead end street means it's quiet and plenty of parking for friends/guests. Tucked in the backyard is a fire pit and communal veggie garden with raised beds. Two car garage to store all of your gear, bikes, etc. There is a Traeger grill, large patio with furniture, sun shades, and string lights.
