The Cathedral Ceilings offer a contemporary spacious experience. Your "Ohana Home" is complete with 1 (10ft x 14ft) private parking space. All dishes, cutlery, microwave, stove top, air fryer, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer are standard. A mixer, blender, coffee maker, and crockpot are easily accessible via pull out drawers. The kitchen island adds extra countertop space and is loaded with more bakeware. Perfect for meal preps. Our home provides all the linens, towels, bedding, blankets etc. you'll need for your stay. Enjoy the evening temperatures on your covered deck, sipping drinks and relaxing. Want more privacy? Enjoy the backyard, where there's a lemon tree, a small garden, BBQ, and dining area. Across the street enjoy unwinding at one of 6 private pools/spas. Digital Pay Laundry facilities are also at the resort for your convenience. Golf course, tennis & pickle ball and much more are all within the resort complex. Applicable fee(s) may apply. Long Term 30 days + rentals are at $2,300 - $2,200/Month which includes basic cable on living room tv and Whole House Wi-Fi streaming with internet access. (Additional cable or streaming sticks can be made available at a nominal charge) Electricity utility allowance is $60.00.
