We allow for one small pet with a $1000 pet deposit plus additional $50 monthly fee (non-refundable) attached to monthly rent that is due at signing. NO SMOKING is allowed in the home, this will be cause for immediate eviction. I am highly allergic and will know if someone has smoked in the home. Renter is responsible for yard maintenance, and utilities including electric and trash. We can have the yard mowed for you for an additional $50 per mowing. We will bill you an additional $50 per month for water/sewage or can add it to the monthly rent. There is also a non-refundable $250 cleaning fee that will be paid with deposit. LATE FEE: If your rent is late, we will charge you a daily late fee until it is paid. The fee is $10 per day. Example Rent is Due August 1st, you pay on August 3rd, you will owe $20 in late fees.
