These are absolutely gorgeous apartments in a fully renovated building!… The location is spectacular within 1 block of Liberty Park, a dog park, 9th and 9th, and all the restaurants and shops this most desirable area of Salt Lake City has to offer.
The spacious studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments have a modern high-end kitchen, wonderful subway tiled bathroom and hardwood floors throughout. Central AC is included. A combination washer/dryer is included in each apartment. The Park Manor apartments are the perfect blend of classic charm with mid-century modern finishes. No expense was spared, and these homes will rent quickly.
This is an animal friendly property with an on-site dog wash and bike storage. Animal friendly, up to 2 animals maximum. $500 non-refundable animal fee for the 1st animal and an additional $250 non-refundable animal fee for the 2nd animal. A monthly animal fee of $45, per animal is also required.
Resident is responsible for liability insurance & all utilities including:
-Electricity (based on usage)
-$95 per month for water, sewer, garbage, and hot water
-$15 per month for a dedicated parking space
-$20 per month for common area maintenance
