You will be sharing upstairs with your Landlord Liza, and you can watch TV in the living room. We have cable, Internet service. Those costs are included in rent per month. We take care of the yard. And do cleaning.

The house has a fairly new kitchen as an add on to the house.… It has a formal dining room, a new dryer, a new heater, and a new air conditioner installed. We have a big garage and 3 bathrooms to use in the house, two upstairs and one downstairs, there are no maintenance rules, the property owner takes care of the yard house and kitchen. Also a new sink in the bathroom will be installed upon moving in. It is fully furnished in the bedroom, it has a huge closet. And huge windows for lots of beautiful light. The bathroom in your bedroom will be fully renovated upon moving in next summer. Until then we share a nice bathroom with a new sink and fully repainted. The neighbors are nice and quiet.
