(Security Deposit Split Payment Option) The required security deposit is equal to 1.5 months of rent. Qualified applicants may use a split payment option. One month of the deposit is due at lease signing to secure the property, and the remaining balance may be paid split up to three months. A monthly administrative fee equal to 2% of the original remaining balance applies throughout the split payment period.
