Cozy and comfortable family room with 65" smart tv. Just sit back and enjoy a glass of wine or cocktail while binge-watching your favorite Netflix series! May require the whole bottle of wine :)

The kitchen is super spacious with everything you need to prepare your meals. Please ask if you need anything special. If we don't have it we will do our best to provide it before you move in!

Dining area with leaf added in to spaciously accommodate 6 guests. There are 2 additional benches are available to seat up to 10 guests. Invite the neighbors for a poker night.

Open concept kitchen, dining and family area allows for plenty of space to move around comfortably.

Enjoy the cool mornings and evenings sitting outside in the screened-in lanai.

When it gets a little chilly, pull up the lid on the table and turn on the firepit. Use the extra chairs when you invite some friends over.

The outdoor patio is ready for lounging and barbecuing. We have 2 chaise lounge chairs (not pictured) that go on the patio.

The Master bedroom is spacious with a king-size pillow-top mattress. There is a fireplace tv stand with a 40' smart tv. A walk-in closet including an extra dresser has plenty of space for all your clothes.

One bedroom is a home office with this height adjustable desk. There is also a sofa sleeper in the office.

Guest bedroom with queen bed. (Cowboys quilt not included, but rent discount for Cowboys fans :)

Guest bathroom between the 2 guest bedrooms.

An easy 15-minute stroll from the house...

This picture of a morning moon was taken at Easter sunrise service on the beach as the sun was just about to poke above the horizon.

...you'll see beautiful sunrises most mornings.

You can also catch sunsets if you navigate through the Jurassic park-like dirt road till you end up at the dock on the Matanzas River. Bring your fishing rods if you like to fish. (Sorry, we don't have our fishing gear here).
