Breathtaking views from the large window and front doors looking directly out at Rockland Harbor. The suite is everything One would need to unwind.… Nestled beside Sandy Beach Park, on the walking trail, boardwalk and beach. Easy walk to downtown. We have two friendly dogs. They love to befriend our guests. No heat pump for heat and air conditioning.
The Carriage House has his own entrance from the driveway and backyard. Designed to feel like quarters on a boat, there are two porthole windows near the plush king bed. A full kitchen includes an oven, stove, Vitamix, French press, full size refrigerator, and vintage enamel sink. Our pots and pans include Le Creuset, Mauviel, and Dansk. The living room has an obstructed views of the ocean with a dining table for two. The bathroom has a granite shower base with Heath, ceramic tiles, washer, and dryer, which can be run at night with the door closed for Sound. A selection of books can be enjoyed, including a local favorite, the lost kitchen cookbook. The large backyard has ample areas to relax, grill, sit out under the stars.
There is a parking place directly in front of the entrance. Please excuse the lack of landscaping in the front yard. We are waiting on our contractor to cobblestone the driveway. But who wants to be on the road when the backyard feels like a carless oasis. We live in the main house with our sweet old dog and our little baby dog.
