Lease terms

WE accept a Flexible leasing agreement for military service members. First one or two year leasing contract without increasing rent. $50 monthly increase on rental after the third year and forward. If month to month after lease agreement expires addition $50 added to current lease rate. If rent payment is more than 15 days over due date eviction will occur if not approved prior with landlord. HOA CCRs will be given to tenants prior to signing. HOA requires continuous maintenance of all areas visible from the road. Any citations that are not corrected within the required time could be grounds for eviction. Repeated offenses will be grounds for eviction. Tenants will be responsible for plant watering and all landscape maintenance. If tenants are not capable someone will be hired at tenant's expense Taken out of rent payment. All vehicles must be parked on paved areas 30 day notification for lease termination. Tenants will be responsible for own utilities, WI-FI, trash and deposits. Tenants responsible for monthly furnace filter service. Filters will be provided by landlord. Non Smokers only. Carpet and floor cleaning are required to be done at tenants expense within 1 week after lease termination.
