The Rotonda condominiums offer many amenities and a very spacious complex hard to find anywhere in northern VA. 24 hour staffed security in a gated, upper income community. Safe. Children friendly. Quiet. On it's gated premises include: outdoor walking trail, picnic areas, pond, basketball court, 4 tennis courts, soccer area, indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, sauna, newly renovated fitness center, ping pong and billiards, library/community center, party rooms for reservation. Community center group activities for children and adults. Business center and free notary service.
Residents include a mix of families with children, retirees, singles. I personally loved living in this unit, but due to more space needs, moved to another unit in the same building.
