Lease Length: 12 months Available Date: September 1, 2026 Renewal: By mutual written agreement Rent: $5,595/month Security Deposit: $5,500 Parking Street parking only. No onsite parking or storage is included. Residents may purchase neighborhood parking permits directly from the City. Utilities Tenant pays utilities serving the leased home. Limited electricity serving the owner-retained excluded structure shares the property's meter; complete written terms will be provided before lease signing. Owner-Paid Services Owner pays for regular weekly gardening, monthly Dewey Pest Control, and monthly Ghost Town neighborhood support and response service. No separate monthly fee is charged to the tenant for these services. Pets Up to two ordinary dogs under 30 lbs each may be considered with written approval and applicable insurance. No monthly pet rent. Assistance-animal requests are handled separately under applicable law. Renter's Insurance Required, including pet-liability coverage when applicable. Smoking No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Screening Short pre-screen and phone conversation before showings by appointment. Formal credit and background screening through RentPerfect; employer or lawful-income verification and two prior landlord references required. All lawful sources of income are considered.
