You pay your own utility bill. A perfect rental for someone who likes their own beds, but doesn't want to furnish an entire townhome. Ideally we would like to keep all the furniture is there. we understand people like their own beds... Currently the main level primary doesn't have a bed or night stands. One guest room is fully furnished with a full size bed. And the third bedroom has some light furnishings. no bed. The home has 3 mounted flat screen TVs.
