$1200 month, plus a $1200 security deposit. Proof of employment and income is required. You must carry renter's insurance (typically $10-15/month) and provide proof at the time of signing. All utilities (propane, electric, trash, water, etc) are the responsibility of the tenant. Also, please note: Lawn care is the responsibility of the TENANT.
Pets are allowed, and dogs over 50 pounds are welcome! $50/mo pet rent and an extra fully refundable $500 security deposit is required.
