This property is managed by the owner of the property, not a management company. I prefer a phone call. My number is on Zillow. I don't need an application until after we have spoken over the phone. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING either cigaretts, marajuana, or crack or anything else you can smoke. NO CANDLES. A dog may be negotiable for an additional deposit and pet rent.
