Lease terms

Successful applicants will have a minimum credit score of 660, no prior evictions, and no felony arrests within the last seven years. Non-smoking property. Only those with a signed rental contract may reside on the property (no sub-letting or extended, unauthorized guests). No modifications without prior written permission of the landlord, including, but not limited to: painting, nail holes, structural modifications to any property on the premises. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and utility connections must be maintained for duration of lease. Landlord will provide lawn care and pest control through contractors. Tenant may be required to obtain renter's insurance if a dog will be present on the premises or if any flotation devices (i.e. waterbeds) are present on the premises. Minor maintenance (i.e. light bulbs, unclogging plumbing apparatuses) to be borne by the tenant.
