Rent to live or subrent to others as a short-term rental. House is fully furnished but furniture can be removed or reconfigured in the house based on your needs. Owner is open to minor modifications (i.e., painting a wall). The house is fully stocked with cooking pans, plates, silverware, coffee maker, can opener, etc. No smoking is allowed inside the house. No glass in the pool area. Tenant is responsible for utilities, water, internet, and all other fees and services. We are open to renting for the purpose of AirBnB arbitrage.

The backyard oasis features a calming pool surrounded by tall, 20+ foot trees to provide you a sense of privacy. There are plenty of games plus multiple seating areas, a place for children and pets to run, and a fire pit next to the gourmet BBQ. We provide outdoor games such as cornhole and a large chess set to enjoy on the lush grassy area, and an outdoor TV.
You are a 5 minute ride to Old Town Scottsdale with its world-class restaurants, night life, art galleries, shopping and more! Here you are less than 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, Talking Stick Resort, Top Golf, and the Phoenix Zoo; and under 20 minutes to TPC and Westworld in Scottsdale.
We have multiple TV's, including an outdoor TV for your use. All TV's have cable or are Roku enabled.
