Here's a quick look at our requirements and fees. There's a $50 application fee per applicant, and every adult (18+ years old) must submit an application. The move fee is $550 (per move, not per person). If you have a furry friend, the pet fee is $600 (per pet, per year), and we use PetScreening (additional fee may apply) to help ensure all animals are up-to-date on vaccinations and are a good fit for the building. Every adult tenant must have renters insurance. To qualify, we require each applicant to have a credit score of at least 650 and each household to have a gross monthly income of at least three times the rent. Tenant pays for electricity and gas. Landlord pays for water, trash removal, and recycling.
