There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report any damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
