This spacious home offers ample room to gather, relax, and enjoy time together. This entire rental unit accommodates up to 11 guests across five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Two large living areas provide plenty of space for everyone to relax, whether you're watching a show, playing games, or simply catching up. Air conditioning keeps the home comfortable year-round. The full kitchen is designed for shared meals and casual cooking, with a dining table for gathering. Indoor entertainment includes TVs and a game console, along with a cinema-style set-up ideal for movie nights. Fresh bed linens and ample storage help you settle in comfortably. A pool and spa are available, with optional heating for an additional $50 per day. A BBQ grill is provided on the patio/balcony. Free parking is available in a garage on the premises, with additional free street parking. This home welcomes one house-trained dog with prior written notification and approval, subject to a pet fee of up to $150. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. Located in Reunion, Kissimmee, this home is well-positioned for theme park visits and area attractions. Disney is about 4 miles away, Universal Studios around 14 miles, and SeaWorld approximately 12 miles. The setting makes it easy to balance busy park days with relaxed evenings back at the house. Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community with 24-hour security. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants, outside the back gate, you will find diverse dining options, alligator farms, airboat rides, and water parks. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). It is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Check-out time is 10 AM. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. A dedicated workspace makes longer stays easy to manage.
