We have 2 bedrooms available June 1st, 2026. Four male Seniors are currently living in the house for the next academic year. The College Avenue House is legendary for being the best house in the best location with the best campus-wide access in Morgantown! A spacious, quality house, it boasts six large bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, two full kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, a large living room, dining room and even a library. With room for all, our tenants are often co-ed. Although great inside, our tenants most enjoy the massive front patio with its high overlook of Woodburn Hall and Sunnyside. All of this with off-street parking and an amazingly private setting isolated from neighboring houses. Yet when it's time to head out, you are less than a 3 minute walk to the downtown campus and a rifle-shot up College Avenue to 705 and to the Evansdale Campus. You can skip downtown traffic. There's no other rental like this 4 story home in the heart of WVU's campus and we are not university-owned or part of a large rental company. If you are still reading, our average tenant stays 2-3 years in our house and this year, because everyone is graduating in May, the College Avenue House is available for 2020-21!
