Fixed-term lease available. Conveniently located near LMU, Otis College of Art and Design, Playa Vista, Silicon Beach, LAX, and several major hospitals, making it an excellent choice for students, interns, traveling healthcare professionals, and other working professionals. Street parking is generally available. The City has weekly street-sweeping restrictions (10:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. on Wednesdays on one side of the street and Thursdays on the other).
