Lease terms

Minimum 6-month lease. A $40 non-refundable credit and background screening fee is required with all applications. Credit and background screening must be completed and approved before a lease can be signed. Utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and off-street parking are all included in the monthly rent. The bedroom and all shared living spaces are fully furnished and move-in ready. A security deposit equal to one month's rent, along with the first month's rent, is due before move-in. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. This is an owner-occupied home shared with working professionals. We strive to maintain a clean, quiet, respectful, and welcoming living environment. All residents are expected to clean up after themselves, keep shared spaces tidy, and respect each other's privacy, boundaries, and work schedules. No smoking, vaping, or recreational drug use is permitted anywhere on the property. no pets allowed. Overnight guests are welcome occasionally with advance notice, provided they respect house rules and do not disturb other residents. Each bedroom is intended for single occupancy only. The goal is to provide a comfortable, peaceful home where responsible professionals can relax and feel at home while living in Baltimore.
