To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide 3 years of your most recent rental history (Legal signed lease) as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide 3 full months of your most recent pay stubs in PDF form and information on your monthly income. Please note that this property requires that applicant combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount. Cosigners require gross income of at least five (5) times the monthly rent amount. Will not accept reusable comprehensive screening report. You must apply online at remaxcountryrentalsdotcom and be approved before viewing home. Each applicant 18 years and older must submit a separate rental application and pay the $50 screening fee and include any dependents and potrntial pets/animals living in the home. All applications and required documents must be provided within 48 hrs of the first submitted application. Unfortunately if not received within 48 hrs the applications will be moved to a waiting list and the next applicant in line will be screened for the home. Move ins are required within 7 days if home is move in ready. Application fees are non-refundable. Please note: pets are negotiable, If you have pets/animals you will need peior authorization to get your pet screened, and be required to submit a pet application for each .The fees are $20 for the first pet and $15 for each additional pet. If you have a service animal or emotional support animal there is no fee but you must still submit an application(s). Pet application fees are non-refundable. If your pet is approved there is a $35 a month pet rent fee per month per pet.
