Non-Refundable Application Fee: $42 per adult (everyone over the age of 18 needs to submit an application) Due At Move-In: First Month's Rent: $3,800 Last Month's Rent Prepaid: $3,800 Refundable Security Deposit: $3,800 Tenant to pay for all utilities (water, sewer, garbage, electricity). Tenant will not have access to backyard. **Owner plans to build in the backyard and left side yard in about 1-2 years.
