This small furnished room has an exterior private entrance towards the back of the house along the 24' x 17' shared side deck once you're inside the private lock gate along the side of the house. Atmosphere is conducive to quiet study.
Upon entry, you'll notice that it's a very small living space that is currently fully furnished and moving ready including a small sleeping area with surface sleeper, small study area, nice glass top study desk, executive chair and a small 24-in smart TV already connected to the internet located in the corner with a light fixture above, and a mini kitchenette furnished with a small refrigerator, mini size microwave oven and an air fryer.
