Criminal and Credits checks are required and may be a separate charge paid to a third party vendor for each person over 18 years of age who will live in the unit. No additional tenants can be added without prior approval of the management. Payment of deposit and rent for the first full or partial month required up front. Generally 12 month lease which moves to month to month after 12 months. Any partial month at the beginning of the lease is prorated. Tenant pays electric directly to utility company. Water/sewer and trash services are included in rent. If someone needs to terminate prior to the 12 month lease period ending there will be a fee of $400 plus pro-ration of rent until leased. While it is not guaranteed, one month's notice helps to avoid the replacement for loss of income due to early termination and/or non-cooperation of the ability to show the property.

It also has a brand new stove and refrigerator with upgrades to the bathroom wall tile, tub and kitchen counters. The middle upstairs unit has cherry look vinyl plank and Carrara tile look kitchen and bathroom flooring with off white paint with a few darker green accent walls. The town of Windsor is noted as a low crime community with violent crimes being particularly low. You will deal directly with owners who have 20 years experience in caring for our tenants and the properties we own. There is pay laundry on-site explicitly for this building's tenants. The Washer is $1.00/load and dryer is $1.50/load.
