Lease terms

Owner pays for water, trash, and gardener. Renter responsible for all other utilities. No smoking NO PETS allowed. First and last month's rent due with security deposit upon signing the lease. No trampolines, No above ground swimming pools. Do not park any vehicles on the lawn. There is no overnight parking on the street, you will be ticketed, must move all vehicles off streets on Mondays due to street sweeper. There is room to park 3 cars (1 in garage & 2 on driveway). This is a very quiet neighborhood and you must keep it the same at all times. There is school traffic that turns left in front of the house, so it does get busy during school days in the PM's for about 20-30 minutes, then traffic is gone. Apply ONLY if you qualify with these minimum requirements: EACH adult (18+ yrs old) must submit a credit report, you can add it onto the same application. Credit scores must be 685+ per each adult, 2 years+ on current job, must provide 4 weeks current paystubs per adult, and 2 months savings &checking account statements. Include Previous landlords info phone, email & dates addresses of your last residences.
