Rent includes all utilities. Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis at $200/dog with strict pet rules: No dogs on furniture, including couch and bed. All accidents and waste to be picked up promptly, both inside and outside. If any significant accidents, guest is notify the property manager promptly. One-time cleaning fee of $150 to ensure each stay is clean and comfortable. Reduced security deposits are available depending on length of stay.
