Studio with private deck and laundry and gate access to 30 acres of hiking on neighboring horse ranch. This granny unit shares property with main house. This cottage is about a 7 min drive to hwy 1 and about 10 min to the state park exit in Aptos. Close to beaches, hiking, excellent road biking and Corallitos wineries. Currently there is only 1 person in main house (me) and I have 1 small dog that only barks when someone drives up driveway. I'm open to another well behaved dog, especially if they get along good with my pooch. Due to size and septic this is a single occupancy studio.
