This peaceful hideaway combines rustic farmhouse character with modern comfort for a truly relaxing stay. This inviting home features a bright open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings and warm farmhouse touches. It comfortably sleeps up to four guests, with two bedrooms and two twin mattresses for children or additional guests. The well-equipped kitchen boasts generous counter space, open shelving, island seating, and a welcoming dining area. Enjoy outdoor country living with rocking chairs on the front porch, a backyard firepit beneath twinkling lights, and sweeping countryside views. Parking is allowed in the driveway. Please avoid parking on the grass. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods, and an initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest. Conveniently located yet peaceful, this retreat is close to local attractions and charming small towns, with easy access to College Station and Round Top. It's perfect for romantic weekends, small family getaways, or scenic Texas road trips. Smoking is NOT allowed in or on the property. If any evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained from the deposit to deodorize the home. Unauthorized guests staying overnight will incur a fee of $200 from the deposit plus $50 per person. Parties are prohibited. Pets are NOT allowed at this property, with the exception of legally documented service animals. If any pets are found on the property without prior agreement, the guest will be fined $200, and the booking will be terminated. Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. The firepit may only be used when a burn ban is not in place. If feminine products or other products besides toilet paper are flushed and clog the plumbing system, the guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. If trash is not bagged and placed into the city garbage bin, there will be a $25 charge. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. Guests must be a minimum of 25 years or older to sign the booking agreement and be responsible for all guests in the party. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property. Bedroom Two includes a dedicated work desk, making it suitable for remote work.
