Lease terms

This home is offered with a 12-month lease and is intended to be a place you can truly call home. The tenant will be responsible for all utilities, including CPS Energy (electricity), SAWS (water and sewer), and internet service. The property is equipped with a security system; however, activation is optional, and if the tenant chooses to activate monitoring services, they will be responsible for all associated monthly fees. To help maintain the quality and condition of the home, smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the residence. A maximum of two (2) pets is welcome, subject to residential use only, and large parties or events are not permitted. The tenant will have access to the detached sheds on the property for storage, as well as the available parking areas. A washer and dryer are included and are conveniently located in the detached shed. The tenant is also reconcile for routine lawn maintenance, including mowing and general yard upkeep, to help keep the property looking its best throughout the lease term. We are looking for a tenant who will take pride in the home and enjoy it as if it were their own.
