This is a pet-friendly home, allowing a maximum of 2 dogs for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Private driveway parking is available at road level, with approximately 20 steps leading to the front door, or a driveway down by the house (weather permitting).

Please be courteous to neighbors and keep noise to a minimum when outside, as decibel readers track noise levels. Excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am will incur a $500 fine. Smoking of any kind inside the home will result in a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning; smoking outside is permitted. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. No underage consumption or drugs are permitted. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable. While the property is lakefront, swimming is not allowed directly off the shoreline; for swimming, guests may use the designated beach access at Portage Lakes State Park Beach, approximately 10 minutes away. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed for the grill, and receipts will be reimbursed. If it's a charcoal grill, guests should bring their own charcoal.
