This property is pet-friendly, allowing a maximum of 2 dogs for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Private parking is available at road level with approximately 20 steps leading to the front door, or a driveway down by the house (weather permitting).

For swimming, guests can use the designated beach access at Portage Lakes State Park Beach, approximately 10 minutes away.
Please be aware that noise levels outside should be kept to a minimum, especially between 10 pm and 8 am, as excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is permitted outside, but there is a minimum $500 charge for indoor smoking. No underage consumption or drugs, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. Late checkout without prior notice will incur a $150 charge. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. The driveway is steep and may require experienced drivers; during winter months (December-March), guests will be required to use the steps rather than the driveway. Please remove shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed for the grill, or bringing their own charcoal if it's a charcoal grill. Swimming is not allowed directly off the shoreline; guests may use the designated beach access at Portage Lakes State Park Beach.
